I stayed at Tokyu Stay Tsukiji during my summer trip to Tokyo in August 2025, and overall it was a fantastic experience. The hotel delivers exceptionally well in almost every category.

The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh, and the overall environment felt hygienic and comfortable.

Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and they provided great recommendations for exploring the area.

The hotel’s facilities exceeded expectations. The in-room washer/dryer was incredibly convenient, especially during a summer trip. Everything worked perfectly and added real value to the stay.

The only drawback was the location. While the neighborhood itself is pleasant and fairly quiet, the walk to the nearest station is about 15 minutes, which can feel long—especially in Tokyo's summer heat. If you plan to move around the city often, the distance might be a minor inconvenience.
Overall:
Despite the location issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-serviced hotel in the Ginza/Tsukiji area—and don’t mind a bit of walking—Tokyu Stay Tsukiji is a great choice.

Overall a pleasant stay. My first night the pillows reaked of chemicals and they swapped my room the next night. Location is in the heart of tsujiki outer market which is great in the mornings but area is quiet afterwards and it’s still ~10 minute walk to the subway. Rooms are small but ok for 1 person, will be cramped for a couple.
